How do I know if I need therapy?
If your life is feeling unmanageable on any level (friends, family, work, spirituality, finances, relationships, parenting) or if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout and even feeling “stuck” be it in your career or life then therapy can be beneficial to you.
